It’s the End of The World in the Newest ‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ Teaser
Birthdays are usually bright, happy and full of fun and games, right? Wrong, or at least, wrong when it comes to an American Horror Story birthday. The latest teaser for the upcoming Apocalypse installment hints that a child may be the cause of the End of the world destruction.
The new teaser begins with a child, a boy, sitting in front of a birthday cake with way too many candles lit for his apparent age. The boy stares at his birthday cake, thinking carefully about what wish he will make before blowing out the candles. Based on what happens next, we can only assume this little boy wished for death and destruction.
The second at which he blows out the candles, the entire world explodes leaving behind a barren wasteland of dust and dirt with an apocalyptic mushroom cloud as a backdrop. Of course, creepy music plays througout the teaser which adds to the suspense.
The new teaser is unsettling, for sure, and perfectly sets the tone for the upcoming season titled American Horror Storiy: Apocalypse. Check out the creepy end of world teaser below.

The show’s upcoming eighth season will be a crazy crossover event which American Horror Story fans have been wanting for a while now. Two iconic seasons will finally intersect. The upcoming season will combine the show’s first season theme, Murder House and the show’s third season theme, Coven which has opened the doors for many familiar faces and characters to return including series staples Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Kathy Bates.
It has also recently been confirmed that Jessica Lange will be returning to the American Horror Story world for at least one episode in the upcoming eighth season in order to reprise her season one character Constance. Additionally, Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy and the legendary Stevie Nicks will all be returning for another round of the anthology.
The eighth installment of the series, American Horror Story: Apocalypse, will premiere on September 12th on FX.
