Fantastic Four Will not Appear in Spider-Man PS4 Universe
Insomniac Games might borrow a page from the Marvel Cinematic Universe by cutting out any Fox-related aspects in their highly anticipated, upcoming exclusive video game- Spider Man PS4. According to sources, it seems the Fantastic Four’s signature base, Baxter Building will not be in the game.
@bryanintihar Brian I please beg you to put the Baxter Building in the game! The Fox ban is over and they’re getting their comic relaunched soon! Marvel’s First family needs some attention! If It wasnt for them Spider-Man would never be a success! Thank you!

Bryan Intihar, one of the game’s Creative Director, intimated this recently when he replied to an inquiry on Twitter probing on whether the significant building would be included.
This is much to the dismay of many fans as the E3 clips revealed the existence of Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum as Spider Man swoops across rooftops in the vast New York City.
Square Enix holds the right to develop the Avengers game and the confirmed rumor that Avengers Tower is also present at the game piques great interest. However, the possibility of a Marvel Game Universe might just be a fluke.
Whether Insomniac has bigger plans and which villains and heroes will be in the final product is still yet to be discovered as a lot of the details are hushed.
If indeed Fantastic Four is left out of Spider Man PS4, it is almost definite that X-Men, another one of Fox’s properties, will be left out too unless the Disney-Fox merger influences any changes.
The game is set to hit stores on September 7 and the suspense and mystery shrouding it definitely has us on the edge of our seats.
