After seeing Avengers: Infinity War more times than we should say, and experiencing that heartbreak over and over, we’re ready for some light on the horizon. In terms of the MCU, that’s finally on its way and we couldn’t be more excited.
Ant-Man and the Wasp hits theaters on July 6th and is sure to bring both comedic relief and a story where we don’t lose more of our favorite heroes. At least, that’s what we’re counting on.
The synopsis of the film is as follows.
‘Scott Lang is grappling with the consequences of his choices as both a superhero and a father. Approached by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym, Lang must once again don the Ant-Man suit and fight alongside the Wasp. The urgent mission soon leads to secret revelations from the past as the dynamic duo finds itself in an epic battle against a powerful new enemy.’
Those consequences will likely deal with the fall out from Captain America: Civil War and we’re all very curious as to what’s been going on in Lang’s head as he navigates through those emotions and balances life as a good dad.
We’re also going to see it all in IMAX because what better way is there to get totally enveloped in a story, especially one from the MCU?
Comicbook.com debuted the IMAX poster an hour ago and it is awesome. Check it out here.
