The ‘Ocean’s 8’ Press Tour has Started and we are Living for it

Icons. Queens. Legends. Whatever you want to call them, Hollywood’s best-dressed cast are doing what they do best, yet again.

The women of Ocean’s 8 – bar from Rihanna and Helena Bonham Carter – attended a press conference and photocall at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts in New York, and the many images of them cracking each other up will add at least five years to your life.

Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Sarah Paulson, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, and Awkwafina all posed for a bunch of photos to promote the upcoming crime flick, but it seems that something that Paulson said had everyone crumbling up with laughter, which in all honesty has made my entire week.

Everything I see in this photo makes my soul happy. The slightest insight into the cemented friendship that has been made between six of Hollywood’s most alluring and talented elites just immediately provides me with constant oxygen, along with the hope that women are finally taking over the film industry.

And, yes, you’ll probably pick up on how Hathaway and Kaling appear to be a bit late to the joke during the photocall, but that’s okay. Both actors’ ‘we look cool, but we’re totally professional’ look gives me vibes for days.

Check out the official synopsis for Ocean’s 8 below:

“Five years, eight months, 12 days and counting — that’s how long Debbie Ocean has been devising the biggest heist of her life. She knows what it’s going to take — a team of the best people in the field, starting with her partner-in-crime Lou Miller. Together, they recruit a crew of specialists, including jeweller Amita, street con Constance, suburban mom Tammy, hacker Nine Ball, and fashion designer Rose. Their target — a necklace that’s worth more than $150 million.”

Directed by Gary Ross (The Hunger Games), Ocean’s 8 hits theatres on June 8, 2018.
