‘Deadpool’ is now the one Demanding Your Silence

It feels like the Deadpool 2 campagin has really gone all out. The parody posters of famous paintings, the Céline Dion music video, The 7-Eleven takeover, and Europe is missing a country.-all amazing. This new image that Ryan Reynolds published on his Twitter fits perfectly into the campaign.

It’s easy to see that they are, once again, mocking Thanos and his demand of silence! They explicitly ask for the fans not to spoil the movie once they see it. Of course, we understand this. The people behind the film have given ‘Maximum Effort’ to making this movie over the past two years. The letter also mocks Ryan Reynolds, and it says that only a handful of people know the plot of the movie-and that ‘Ryan Reynolds is not one of them.’

The best part about this letter (except for the baby hand, the dog, and cat paw) is that 20th Century Fox’s logo is crossed out with red crayon and has ‘TBD’ written next to it. Of course, they are making a dig at the fact that Disney will probably buy Fox one day.

So, rule number one: Do not spoil Deadpool 2 for anyone. (Although, whether or not Deadpool’s warning will be taken as seriously as Thanos’s, is to be determined.)

Deadpool 2 hits theaters on May 18, which means that there are only nine days to go! Are you ready?
