What to Watch: Films for May 4th
May the fourth is also known as Star Wars Day! So if you’re into watching the whole franchise, go for it, but if you’re like me, head to the theater for some movies you haven’t already seen 10,000 times. (I love Star Wars, I swear!)
Overboard
A spoiled, wealthy yacht owner is thrown overboard and becomes the target of revenge from his mistreated employee. A remake of the 1987 comedy.
Tully
The film is about Marlo, a mother of three including a newborn, who is gifted a night nanny by her brother. Hesitant to the extravagance at first, Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully.
The Desert Bride
It tells the story of Teresa, a 54-year-old woman who works as a domestic employee in a family home in Buenos Aires. For decades he has taken refuge in the routine of his tasks, but now that the family has decided to sell the house, his life begins to totter.
The Guardians
Women are left behind to work a family farm during the Great War.
Bad Samaritan
A pair of burglars stumble upon a woman being held captive in a home they intended to rob.
