CBS Renews 11 Series Ahead of May Upfronts
It’s a good day for to be a fan of CBS television! The network announced today that they will be renewing an impressive 11 shows for the 2018-2019 season. They seem to be taking a hint from The CW who recently renewed nearly their entire lineup as well. So, what shows will be making their triumphant return? Let’s take a look!
Blue Bloods
The series was renewed for a ninth season.
Bull
The series was renewed for a third season.
Hawaii Five-0
The series was renewed for a ninth season.
Madam Secretary
The series has been renewed for a fifth season.
MacGyver
The series has been renewed for a third season.
NCIS: Los Angeles
The series has been renewed for a fifth season.
NCIS: New Orleans
The series has been renewed for a fifth season.
Survivor
The series has been renewed for a thirty-seventh season.
The Amazing Race
CBS
The series has been picked up for a thirty-first season.
48 Hours
The series has been picked up for a thirty-second season.
60 Minutes
The series has been on the air since 1968.
These shows join six previously announced renewals including The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon, Mom, NCIS, SEAL Team, and S.W.A.T. Currently on the bubble are Criminal Minds, Kevin Can Wait, Life in Pieces, Scorpion, Man with a Plan, Superior Donuts, Living Biblically, Elementary, and Code Black, which will hopefully have their fates sealed when CBS has their upfronts in May.
