Is This how Bucky Barnes Defeats Thanos in ‘Avengers: Infinity War’?
We aren’t posting a spoiler alert here because outside of a massive coincidence, that headline probably isn’t going to come true. When fans see anything Sebastian Stan posts on social media, it immediately becomes a big deal.
So when he posted a video preparing for Infinity War Wednesday, fans took some screenshots and had fun with it. The clip was a behind the scenes look at his training for Bucky Barnes in the upcoming Blockbuster smash.
Bucky begins the film in Wakanda, having been in a cryogenic freeze state until Shuri could come up with a way to ‘save’ his mind. The end credit scene was a testament to the fact that she did help him as the two share a moment in the beautiful countryside.
When Thanos makes it to Wakanda, we know he’ll be up against a lot. Not only the Avengers who have taken solace there but the fierce warriors that call Wakanda home. They’re loyal to their king and their country and Thanos has no business there.
One thing he’ll be up against is Bucky, and we sort of hope a scene like this one plays out. We all know Steve Rogers and Thanos come face to face (or Gauntlet to almost face) in the trailer. Some fans believe that an earlier scene in Infinity War footage shows Bucky running through Wakanda to save him.
This fan seemed to combine those thoughts with the overwhelming knowledge that Bucky is with Steve ‘Till the end of the line’ and created this little masterpiece.
