Nielsen Social Ratings: March 19, 2018 – March 25, 2018

Welcome to a new week of Nielsen Social Ratings!

Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards took the number one spot this week as the awards show earned over 7.9 million interactions. With the Kids’ Choice Awards took the top spot, WWE Monday Night RAW took the number two spot this week with over 2 million interactions. SmackDown! remains unchanged in the top 10, coming in at number three again with just over 1.4 million interactions.

RuPaul‘s Drag Race moved up two spots this week, coming in at number five with 962,000 interactions. American Idol moved down in one of its slots and moved down in another, coming in at number seven and number nine.

On the scripted side, The Walking Dead came in at number four with over 1.2 million interactions. Shadowhunters‘ season premiere scored the Freeform series the number six spot with 798,000 interactions. Riverdale maintained its number eight spot.

As a refresher: the Content Ratings use the total number of social interactions across Facebook, Twitter, as well as the newly added Instagram metric to rank the top 10 series/specials and sporting events, separately. The chart includes uniques, which are “unique social media accounts that have authored original content related to a linear TV episode or engaged with that content,” and interactions, which are “original social media posts related to a linear TV episode and the engagement with that content.”
