Watch the Emotional New Trailer for ’The Walking Dead’ Midseason 8B Premiere

February has arrived!  The Walking Dead season 8B premiere month is finally here and AMC is gearing up for the series’ biggest episode to date!

The newest trailer for the midseason premiere dropped on Friday and, word of caution, this one hits you directly square in “the feels.”

Unlike the first teaser which was released earlier this week, the official trailer shown below focuses less on the battle and the fight that’s about to go down and more on the sadness and emotion behind losing one of the original core characters, Carl Grimes.  Throughout the course of the trailer, you can hear Carl’s voice perhaps speaking some of his last living words to his father Rick.

The midseason premiere episode is titled Honor will have an extended runtime clocking in at 82-minutes long and is directed by Greg Nicotero (so you know for sure it’s going to be an amazing episode).  The official synopsis reads, ”Rick faces new difficulties after a battle. Meanwhile, the fight continues in other communities as core members face hard decisions.
