These 2018 Grammy Performances Rocked the Stage

The 2018 Grammys were packed full of stars, awards, and performances that left fans either in awe or in hopes of a better run next time.

We have to say, we were impressed overall with the talent in last night’s stage and each performance had its place in the show. From the emotionally charged to the crowd pleading, the stars gave it their all in a room full of peers, friends, and fans.

Speaking of emotionally charged: Kesha and Eric Church, Brothers Osborne, and Maren Morris had performances that rocked the house.

Eric Church, Brothers Osborne, and Maren Morris – Tears In Heaven

The stars took the stage to take on a performance in honor of the lives lost in Las Vegas at the Route 91 Harvest Festival. All three acts took the stage that weekend and wanted to pay tribute to the ‘music lovers’ that lost their lives. Tears were shed in the audience, by viewers at home, and on stage as screens behind them flashed handwritten notes with the names of those lost.

Kendrick Lamar – XXX/DNA/Kings Dead

Honestly, the Grammy kick off performance was incredible. Kendrick Lamar managed to perform a killer medley without missing a note, give viewers a full on show, and make an impact. He’s an artist and embodies the word in all of it’s forms.

Lady Gaga – Joanne/Million Reasons

Gaga took the stage with a medley as well, this one was slowed down and focused on her talent at the same time that it pulled on our heart strings. She’s an incredibly talented musician and last night’s show cemented her place as a legendary performer.

Childish Gambino – Terrified

Donald Glover does no wrong. He’s talented beyond measure and in a multitude of ways, and while we love him for every role he takes on, we can’t get enough of his musical ability. Childish Gambino took the stage and sang Terrified with ‘young Simba’ and store the entire show. His vocal abilities are unmatched and that longing gaze into the camera got quite a few fans talking. You can’t blame us, we’re only human.

P!nk – Wild Hearts Can’t Be Broken

In just a t-shirt and jeans, a different approach than her last Grammy’s performance, she stunned the crowd and brought us to tears. She shared the spotlight with an ASL interpreter and made sure her performance wasn’t just heard, but experienced.

Bruno Mars & Cardi B – Finesse

Reminiscent of the video for the tune, Cardi B and Bruno mars took us back to the 90s with this performance. The crowd ate it up, and rightfully so, it was certainly on its own level.
