With production officially resuming in January, the season will run for 8 episodes, which is a few episodes short of the usual 13, and will come to a creative conclusion that hopefully, fans will be happy with.

This is the outcome that a lot of House of Cards fans wanted both before and after the allegations against Spacey were made. Robin Wright has always been a favorite and oftentimes was hailed as the “real lead” of the series, so it’s safe to say the news was definitely met with much excitement by fans.

What do you think about the path Netflix took? Are you excited to see Wright in the captain’s chair? Sound off!
