Maggie and Jesus Hit a Roadblock in This Sneak Peek of ‘The Walking Dead’ Mid-Season Finale

Can you believe we are already up to the mid-season finale of The Walking Dead? Next Sunday’s episode is going to be huge, literally. The mid-season finale episode will be a whopping 88-minutes long which leaves plenty of time for explosive action and intense scenes, just like the very first sneak peek preview clip below.
In our first look at the mid-season finale, Maggie (played by Lauren Cohan) and Jesus (played by Tom Payne) are driving along while talking about their plans for getting the Saviors to surrender. Maggie appears overly confident that surrender will come in due time but, that’s before she spots an obstacle up ahead. A tree has fallen (or was it placed) across the road blocking their pathway. If that clip wasn’t enough to get your adrenaline pumping, it was revealed on Talking Dead that the episode will include one major shocking moment which will leave fans stunned all winter long.
It’s safe to say that moment may include a major character death, especially considering the episode is directed by executive producer and makeup master Greg Nicotero. Throughout the history of the series, Nicotero has been tasked with directing some of the most monumental and emotional episodes so, start preparing now!
