Solomon Grundy Arrives in the New ‘Gotham’ Trailer

Hello again, Gothamites, it’s that time of the week that we look forward to a brand new trailer from FOX for the next episode of Gotham! This week we will be going to the fifth episode, called ‘There’s no Coming Back From This.’

Here is the synopsis for the episode:
Nygma comes face-to-face with Butch Gilzean, but he is not who he used to be. In an attempt to regain power and identity, Nygma decides to put his former partner’s skills to the test. Meanwhile, Sofia Falcone takes action to protect her own life by appealing to Penguin’s vulnerable side. With the power of the dagger in his possession, Bruce surprises those around him with his bold actions.

What we see in this trailer, is a moment we’ve all been waiting for since the last episode of season 3. The moment we are talking about is right at the end of the episode, where Butch/Cyrus seems to wake up and walk out of the swamp.

Cyrus Gold has now fully transformed into the undead swamp monster, and this means there’s another villain released into Gotham for this season. What we get out of the synopsis is that Nygma will also have something to do with this situation as the first interaction will be between them.

What it all means, of course, we have to wait until this Thursday when the next episode of Gotham airs on Fox! Don’t miss it; it’s going to get even crazier.

Who’s going to watch it with us? Will Cyrus Gold take revenge on Barbara? Will he trust Nygma enough to become partners once again? What do you think? Let us know in the comments below
