First Look at ‘Fantastic Beasts’ Sequel

It is always a magical moment when we hear news about an upcoming film. And even though we were only given a tiny bit of information, it holds a big clue.

Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them comes out later 2018 and I’m already so excited!

The tweet was released to show that Newt Scamander’s (Eddie Redmayne) application for a travel permit was denied.

“Name of Applicant: Newt Scamander, Profession or Occupation: Magizoologist.”

“Subject uncooperative and evasive on reasons for last trip.” That’s the reasoning the ministry gave for why his application was denied.

That’s probably because of the events that took place in the first film. I don’t think the Ministry of Magic could forget about him losing a bunch of magical creatures in New York City.

This document gives us some insight into Scamander’s life. His birthday is February 24, 1897 and he is traveling for personal reasons.

Even though it gives us a few answers, it poses more questions. What personal business does he need to travel for? If he can’t travel, and there are 3 more films after this one, what does that mean for the rest of the series? Will Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) be able to approve his application? And probably the most important question: what is the title of this sequel?

Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them 2 will be flying into theaters November 16, 2018.
