WATCH: A Look Back at the Best Walker Scenes from the First 99 Episodes of ‘The Walking Dead’
The road to 100 episodes of The Walking Dead continues and the series is taking a look back at some of its best moments from the past 99.
The celebration started a few weeks ago when the cast got together and created a heartfelt video thanking fans for their undying support. Next, The Walking Dead social media pages took a look back at the most jaw-dropping moment from the very first episode – the moment when Rick sees his first walker, the teddy bear girl, and discovers just how much the world has changed since he was in his coma. Then, they highlighted some of the most memorable moments from the first 99 episodes.
But The Walking Dead wouldn’t The Walking Dead without, well, walkers! Greg Nicotero and visual effects/makeup teams create some of the most awesome looking walkers that we have ever seen and they continue to surprise fans with new creations each episode. That’s why the series is paying tribute to some of the most awesome, grotesque, and totally creepy walkers that we’ve seen over the past 99 episodes.
In a compilation video who has been shared to the series social media pages, hardcore fans of the series discuss which walkers have been their favorites throughout the years. The video highlights all of our favorites from the original walkers like bicycle girl and teddy bear girl to the sea side walkers and even Winslow, the junkyard walker, gets a shout out in the clip.
