‘Arrow’: Cast discusses who would Eulogize their Characters

We all know that Arrow is no stranger when it comes to killing off some of our beloved characters, and it breaks our hearts every single time we have to see a favorite face disappear. However, even though the writing staff has made friends with the grim reaper, we have also learned that they are a fan of bringing our characters back to us… even if it is not as they may seem. I mean hey, look at the case of Laurel and Black Siren. She’s not the Laurel we grew to love from Season 1, but it is still her – in a sense.

The cast of Arrow obviously couldn’t say who died on Lian Yu in that massive explosion, but in a recent interview with TV Guide, they did discuss who they’d want to give their character’s eulogy if worst comes to worst.

Both David Ramsey and Willa Holland both stated that they feel as though Oliver would be the best choice for speaking to the memory of their characters. Katie Cassidy felt as though Quentin Lance should still give the eulogy at Black Siren’s funeral, despite the fact that she is a twisted version of his daughter from Earth-2.

Echo Kellum, who plays Curtis Holt said:

“I think I want the team, collectively, to give his eulogy. Maybe his husband, Paul, to come in at the end and do like a Boyz II Men song.”

Arrow returns to the CW on Thursday, Oct. 12 at 9/8c.
