Your Daily Nostalgia: We Asked The ‘Spongebob’ Voice Actors to Recite Our Favorite Quotes
We had the great and rare honor to sit down with some of the creators and actors from Spongebob Squarepants during San Diego Comic Con. It was one of the highlights of our weekend.

We grew up on Spongebob, and are constantly amazed at the longevity the show has. From the Hash Slinging Slasher, to Ol’ Reliable. Spongebob is in our hearts every day. Although they are making great new episodes of Spongebob every year (thank goodness), we still love the classics that made us who we are today.
First up, the lovely Carolyn Lewis who voices the beloved space suit-wearing squirrel, Sandy Cheeks

Thanks to Spongebob, the sense of humor of the millennials has got to be unprecedented.
UNDOCUMENTED: Halfway through our interview, Rodger Bumpass, donned in a shirt with Squidward’s face on it, walked over to us slowly. In the voice of Squidward Tentacles, he addressed us, said he was sorry to interrupt but wanted to say hello, and then slunk away back to his interview.
You guys.
Tom Kenny (who voices Spongebob), was also in the room, but he was entwined in another interview.
Check out the rest of our interview with Vincent Walker, Marc Ceccarelli, Bill Fagerbakke and Carolyn Lewis here.
