Happy Birthday Milo Ventimiglia

Yeah, I just… just keep thinking about my wife and how I just… want to get home to her, hang out with her, make sure she’s okay. Which is crazy, because she’s at her absolute worst right now. I mean, like, Exorcist level bad. But I still don’t want to escape her. Or my future vomiting, crap-riddled kids. I just, I want more time with them. I want to freeze time with them, so-so that I can get a little bit more.

Sometimes, we hear things on television and in film that makes us wish that certain characters were real, not just that they were real, but that they were in our lives in some way. From those who love fearlessly to those who protect fiercely and those who stand up for what’s right; there is a lot of inspiration to be found in entertainment – if you look in the right places.

There is also a lot of inspiration to be found in the actors and actresses that play them. Sometimes people get lost in the idea of celebrity – even the fans – and forget what’s really important and that is having that platform and using it in a way that matters. It’s being kind both on set and off, it’s appreciating what you’ve got and who supports you.

One actor that does all of that and then some is Milo Ventimiglia and today, the world celebrated him. On his 40th birthday, which he was excited about because he got to debut a cool hat, he thanked fans for their wishes and graced us all with a selfie.

Seriously, graced us, he’s a total babe.

Not just fans sent Milo birthday love, many celebrities did as well and one of them was none other than his onscreen wife and friend, Mandy Moore.

‘We are so lucky to know you and be in your orbit’, she said, and her sentiment rang true for all of us. Milo has given life to some of our favorite characters but he’s also one of the nicest guys and everyone who works with him has nothing but wonderful things to say about him.

So here’s to you, Milo. Thanks for bringing our favorite television character to life and doing it with the charm and grace that you have.
