See the Terrifying First Trailer for ‘Jackals’
There are some horror movies that are so terrible that they’re sort of good, some that are so frightening you can’t sleep for days, some that are labeled classics but never get old, and some that bring a new sense of fear into your life; and it’s not the ghouls and goblins kind.
It’s the kind of fear that lingers because there’s a shred of truth to it. You never know what’s lurking around the corner, or what kind of terror you could encounter just by being at home. The Strangers is one movie you’ll frequently hear horror fans say put that type of fear in them and it looks like Jackals might be next.
‘Look at these pigs, lined up for slaughter’
The film doesn’t give much away, at least in terms of what insane family secrets will find the surface during the film; but it does show that a mysterious and insanely creepy cult is after a baby and the family will stop at nothing to get it back.
However, in one piece of dialogue, it looks as if the mother asks the father what he’s done…so maybe the mysterious murderous ‘visitor’s won’t stay so mysterious?
While there are a lot of unknowns, one thing we do know is that this is the type of film that’s right up our alley, and we’ll be seeing it on September 1st.
