It seems that fans are more excited than ever about Avengers: Infinity War and with a May 4th, 2018 release date – the countdown is on. We’ve seen some behind the scenes clips of everything from the actors getting ready to rock their roles to a few shots of what’s happening on set and now we’ve got the stars of the film who are beginning to talk (without giving ANYTHING away) about the film.
Two of those celebs are Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson and they both spoke about Infinity War recently when at a late night show and a pop culture event.
Scarlett was on the Stephen Colbert show recently and while she didn’t give away any hints, she did say a few things that go hand in hand with what filmmakers have said about Infinity War already. Like the fact that nearly every Marvel hero will make an appearance in the film. We have to say, we’re looking forward to seeing how that plays out.
When asked, Scarlett had this to say.
‘I really can’t. I can’t think of anything that I could possibly say. Alright. I’m in it and at one point, I do think that the Infinity Wars — there are 61 or 62 Marvel characters in it. There’s a lot.‘
She went on to say, ‘In one particular scene, I think there’s 32 — there’s a lot. There’s so many of us. I don’t even know who’s a Marvel character and who’s a crew member, honestly.‘
In addition to what Scarlett said, Chris Hemsworth spoke about Infinity War recently as well.
A Twitter user, Tyler James, posted some info from Supanova recently. One of those Tweets was a moment where Chris warned fans to be ‘very afraid’ of Thanos and said that there are a lot more villains in Infinity War as well. While we’ll take that as a small hint at what’s to come, we’re also so excited about another thing he said as well. Chris got to use his humor way more in Thor: Ragnarok and that’s something we just talked about last week! He’s absolutely hilarious and we’ve been waiting for a film to come around that allowed him to show that off.
Will you be one of the first fans to see the film and if so, what are you most hoping to see when Infinity War hits theaters? Let us know.
