‘American Horror Story’ star Denis O’Hare set for recurring role on ‘This Is Us’
Looks like another True Blood vet will soon be joining the NBC hit This Is Us.
Denis O’Hare, who has been most notably been starring in various seasons of Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story, has been cast for a recurring role on the new family dramedy. While not much has been released on his new role we do know that O’Hare will be playing Jessie, an old friend of William (played by Ron Cephas Jones). He is set to appear later on this season.
O’Hare starred in American Horror Story: Freak Show alongside Chrissy Metz who is currently playing Kate Pearson on This Is Us. He is also known for his TV work on The Good Wife, The Comedians, Brothers and Sisters, True Blood, and will be in the upcoming mini-series When We Rise.
This Is Us appears on NBC Tuesday’s at 9 p.m. EST.
