‘The Big Bang Theory’ Recap ‘The Dependence Transcendence’
The boys are working on their project and it’s Sheldon’s bedtime… He tries to just get up and leave but Howard points out that he needs to stay since he got them into this predicament.
Amy and Penny made Sheldon and Leonard breakfast. Penny and Amy then go to Bert’s house for a get together and no one else shows up. He reveals that Amy is the most popular girl at CalTech.
Sheldon in a sleepy stupor hallucinates The Flash trying to get him to drink and energy drink- woah! Just say no Sheldon! Peer pressure is bad!
He succumbs to the pressure and well, he’s awake.
Raj and Bernadette are cleaning out the nursery and Raj suggests that he will be in the delivery room with Bernadette… What? Raj begins to pester her about colors for the nursery and Bernadette gets upset. She doesn’t seem to care about the baby and the nursery and she is scared. Raj comforts her.
Sheldon’s high comes down and he wants another one… he immediately think he’s addicted. Leonard offers to get the group coffee which sets Sheldon off. Sheldon’s pretend addiction is interfering with his work. Until he admits he can’t figure out the math problem.
When Leonard goes to console him, Sheldon instantly falls asleep.
Raj calls his father for advice with Bernadette’s situation. He says that not being excited about having a child doesn’t mean that she won’t love it. It makes her feel better.
The boys sheepishly go to Colonel Williams to tell him that they are already behind schedule and they need about two years to finish the project.
Colonel Williams says okay and they go see a movie.
When Beth “grows up” she wants to see her creations appear on the screen and stage. In her free time, Beth blogs about her love of craft beer and writes screenplays.
