- Charlie Sheen is actually a stage name. Sheen was born Carlos Irwin Estévez.
- He has two brothers, Emilio and Ramon, and a sister, Renee.
- He went to High school with Robert Downey Jr., Rob Lowe, and Sean Penn. A few weeks before graduation, he was expelled from school for poor grades and attendance.
- His first movie appearance was at age nine in his father’s (Martin Sheen) 1974 film The Execution of Private Slovik.
- His Tv debut was when he replaced Michael J. Fox in Spin City and earned a Golden Globe Award for that role.
- When he starred on Two and a Half Men, he was the highest paid actor on television earning $1.8 million per episode.
- He has been married 3 times and has 5 children.
- He has 12 tattoos
- He’s a Cincinnati Reds fan
- He published a book of poetry titled A Peace of My Mind
