It’s not long anymore before the new season of Gotham will start and we are so excited! Not only will we see the slow transformation of young Bruce Wayne becoming Batman, we will also see another storyline of the curious doppelganger we saw at the end of season two.
David Mazouz had a talk with Comicbook.com and gave a little view of what we can expect from the other guy.
“In terms of fun, definitely the doppelganger has been more fun to play,” he said. “I don’t want to give too much away, but this character is nothing like Bruce Wayne. The only similarity that they have is that they look shockingly like Brice Wayne. Everything else about them, they think differently, they talk differently, they walk differently, they communicate differently. He’s pretty weird, the other guy.”
He didn’t give much away, but it’s a good view of what small details we can expect from the doppelganger. But he also gave a view on his experience, of acting as a complete different person. It must have been very hard to see Bruce Wayne evolve and then just throwing it all upside down.
“It was hard at first. Figuring out what to do, because I didn’t want to overdo it, but I wanted to have a strong distinction between Bruce and this other character. It was a battle figuring out how exactly to play this character, but it’s been so much fun.”
We are so excited to see where this will go, are you?
Gotham: Heroes Will Fall will return on Monday September 19 on Fox!
