‘Gotham’ Season 3: What Can We expect?

At the SDCC, the cast of Gotham gave a great interview which got the wheels spinning in my head and it got me thinking for a while. Before we go any further on theories I’ve heard and my own, I’ll show you the interview.

Now, we know two important things.

1. This season is officially named ‘Heroes Will Fall‘.

2. We know that Bruce Wayne’s doppelgänger is up to no good.

3. “Yours truly might become another iconic DC character.” – Ben Mckenzie
So let’s break it down step by step shall we?

First of all,the season name says so much about what’s coming to us. I do believe that when David Mazouz said that his doppelgänger is good at the beginning, that it won’t stay for long. Every character is chosen very carefully and I do believe at one point the doppelgänger will take Bruce Wayne’s place.

The seasons title is Heroes Will Fall and it brings me back to the doppelgänger. It all fits, Bruce Wayne will somehow get kidnapped and the doppelgänger will take its place. I do hope they make it awesome and not in the cliche way. I do think that the real Bruce Wayne will put his nose in stuff he shouldn’t and it will lead to the point he’ll be in trouble… again.

Last of all, number 3. I’m just going to come out and say it, I think that Jim Gordon will be the iconic Batman and he will be the one that puts this in Bruce’s head to become the Batman. We know that Jim Gordon actually becomes the batman in the comics. I’ll show you some pictures that shine some light in this here.

I don’t know about all this. It could be Jim Gordon will be playing fire against fire, but how I see it? It could happen. He could become the batman.

Tell us what you think of what will happen in the third season of Gotham.

Gotham: Heroes Will Fall will return on September 19, on Fox!
