‘Arrow’ Star John Barrowman’s Cool Cosplaying at SDCC

Comic Con is a celebration of all things pop-culture.  From movies to comics to TV shows and everything in between, fans are encouraged to show their enthusiasm and fandom during the annual event.  Sometimes, celebrities like to get in on the celebratory fun!  This past weekend, at San Diego Comic Con, Arrow star John Barrowman joined in the fandom by cosplaying as some of his favorites.

It all started out with Barrowmans undercover cosplay disguise.  Surely no one would recognize him galavanting around SDCC or “fabulously dancing” by himself in this Kylo Ren mask and matching Star Wars dress:

Barrowman, eventually, took things to the next level and rocked some awesome outfits at The Eisner Awards presentation ceremony.  The Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards recognizes the best comic material published over the last year and Barrowman hosted the event on Friday night.  Check out Barrowman’s awesome cosplay costume changes below, each one more fabulous than the one before:

Here is Barrowman as Zapp Brannigan from Futurama

And now, he’s Squirrel Girl!

And finally, Harley Quinn!

You can check out Barrowman’s twitter and Facebook pages for many more fun photos and posts from SDCC, including some interesting Arrow cast photos which spurred a #Merlicity campaign!
