Netflix and The CW Join Forces
We can now watch Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and more on Netflix!
Netflix announced today that it will be joining licensing forces with The CW. CBS and Warner Brother’s owned CW will now allow Netflix to air all previous seasons of its scripted shows.
This includes all current and future CW series. The shows included for the 2016-2017 season include Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, Jane the Virgin, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Supernatural, The 100, and The Vampire Diaries.
It will also include 3 new CW series, Frequency, No Tomorrow, Riverdale.
“Netflix members in the US love the great lineup of series from The CW, and we are thrilled to extend the relationship and bring those shows to our members exclusively now, just eight days after their season finales. This is a great step forward with a valued network partner to give fans exactly what they want, when and how they want it.”, Chief Content Officer of Netflix, Ted Sarandos said.
Viewers will be able to stream the shows 8 days after each season finale.
