CM Punk To Make His UFC Debut This Fall
CM Punk fans, get ready to see him make his UFC debut later this year!
Yahoo!Sports is reporting that the former WWE Superstar will enter the octagon at UFC 203 on September 10 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Although Punk signed with UFC in December of 2014, a shoulder injury set him back and surgery further put a halt to his debut. “The instant I got cleared, I got on the horn and nailed everything down,” Punk said on the UFC Unfiltered Podcast. “I’m happy to have a date, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.”
CM Punk, who’s real name is Phil Brooks, left the WWE in January of 2014. Since then, he has appeared on AMC’s Talking Dead and made his writing debut with Marvel Entertainment starting with “Thor Annual #1” and continuing with the new Drax series.
