Mark Bernardi of Dark Horse Comics Promoted
Mark Bernardi, who has worked for Dark Horse Comics for 20 years, is being promoted to VP of Book Trade and Digital Sales. He previously managed newstand distribution from 1996 to 2015 and sales of print advertising from 1996 to 2013. He led the product sales division, managed their presence at conventions, and launched the websites and apps for online sales. He was also integral in the digital aspect of the company’s distribution relationship with Penguin Random House
He replaces the current VP of book trade sales, Michael Martens, who leaves Dark Horse at the end of August.
