Kristin Chenoweth Sings Amazing Operatic Version of ‘Game of Thrones’ Theme
Kristin Chenoweth can basically sing the phone book and it would sound absolutely stunning. Combine her beautiful voice with one of the most epic theme songs of all time and, you have geeky greatness.
Chenoweth is an accomplished Broadway star and is perhaps best known for her role in Wicked in which she co-starred with Idina Menzel (Frozen, Rent). You may have also seen her on The West Wing and Glee.
Recently, while warming up in rehearsals, Chenoweth wasn’t feeling that she was being challenged enough in order to properly prepare for an upcoming performance. Her accompanist threw her for a loop when she started playing the first few bars of the Game of Thrones theme song during the session. Chenoweth immediately jumped in with vocalizations and the results are amazing!
