‘Limitless’ has Officially been Cancelled
It is a sad day for Jake McDorman fans everywhere…
‘Limitless’ will not live to see a second season.
Craig Sweeny tweeted the fate of the show days after it was being pitched to other networks and platforms.
“I’m truly sad to report that #Limitless will not continue on any platform. Thanks so much to everyone who watched,” – Sweeny.
The show averaged a 2.4 rating among the 18-49 demographic. However, it’s live-plus- same-day statistics weren’t impressive when compared to the other CBS shows. Yeah NCIS, I’m looking at you and your 2.2 glory!
‘Limitless’ wasn’t the only newbie show to get cancelled, ‘Angel from Hell’ and ‘Rush hour’ were also cancelled. ‘Supergirl’ was cancelled but The CW picked it up for season 2.
