‘Arrow’ Preview ‘Genesis’
Now that Team Arrow has officially said goodbye to their beloved teammate, they must prepare to end the reign of the most evil tyrant they have ever faced, Damien Darhk.
Last week, Laurel Lance was finally laid to rest. In a surprising twist, Oliver revealed in his eulogy to those present at the funeral that Laurel was The Black Canary. Now that Damien Darhk is back and is more powerful than ever, Team Arrow must set aside their grief and take on the major villain.

As Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) look for a magical solution to defeat Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), a vengeance-driven Diggle (David Ramsey) gets a lead on Andy’s (Eugene Byrd) whereabouts and heads off to confront his brother. Meanwhile, Alex (Parker Young) takes Thea (Willa Holland) on a vacation that quickly turns into a nightmare.
In the preview, Oliver states that ‘there is no length that I will not go to, to avenge Laurel’. Oliver is laying all the cards out on the table. I’m willing to bet that from this episode on, there will be an incredible amount of action packed sequences… and I CANNOT wait!

What exactly is “Genesis”? We have been trying to guess this since the beginning of the season, and I cannot wait to finally find out what it is. Wendy Mericle, Producer of Arrow, teased that the Biblical Book of Genesis would be a good clue as to what kind of damage Darhk intents to inflict on the city and its residents.
‘Genesis’ will air when Arrow returns on May 4 at 8PM/EST on The CW.
