The Defenders Filming Date Announced
Daredevil’s Charlie Cox has some news about a big Marvel/ Netflix mashup series: The Defenders.
“What we do know is at the end of this year [2016] we’re going to be making The Defenders and, of course, Daredevil is very much a part of that foursome. I have no idea what the story line is going to be for that show. I’m very excited to see how those worlds combine, and interested to see tonally how those shows become one.” – Cox.
The foursome includes: Daredevil (Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Iron Fist (Finn Jones) and Luke Cage (Mike Colter).
Iron Fist season one and Jessica Jones season two are both planned ahead of The Defenders. And Luke Cage is set to release September 30.
So hopefully we can expect a Marvel filled 2017!
